Privacy Policy

At Tradyx.io, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password hash. If you sign in on the website with Google, we receive the name and email Google shares with us.

1.2 Trading content: Journals, chats, analyses, backtests, strategies, alerts, and settings you save in the product.

1.3 Broker import: If you connect MetaTrader, we store the server, account number, and an encrypted investor password so we can import trade history. TradYX does not place trades.

1.4 Payments: The website uses Stripe. The iOS app uses Apple In-App Purchase and the Android app uses Google Play Billing. We store the resulting subscription status, credit balance, and store transaction ids. We do not store full card numbers.

1.5 Device data: If you allow notifications, we store an Expo push token. We also store the timezone you save for market sessions.

1.6 Usage data: We collect data about how you interact with our platform, including your IP address, browser type, and access times. We use cookies on the website to keep you signed in and to understand usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 To provide the account, analysis, alerts, journal, backtesting, and payment features you request.

2.2 To send account email, password resets, and market or strategy alerts you turn on.

2.3 AI analysis and chat are sent to Anthropic only after you give explicit consent in the app or on the site. You can use the rest of the product without that consent.

3. Sharing Your Information

3.1 We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3.2 We share data with the processors that run the product:

  • Anthropic — analysis and chat, after you consent. Prompts can include the gold snapshot and the text you submit. We do not send your password or broker password.
  • Stripe — website checkout and subscriptions.
  • Apple and Google — in-app purchases on iOS and Android.
  • Twelve Data — XAUUSD market data used to build analysis. This is market data, not your account contents.
  • Expo — push notification delivery when you register a device token.
  • Resend — transactional and alert email.

3.3 We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and interests.

4. Data Security

4.1 We use industry-standard security measures, including hashed passwords and encrypted broker credentials.

4.2 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Retention and deletion

5.1 We keep account data while the account is open. Credits do not expire on their own.

5.2 You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at https://tradyx.io/account/delete. Deletion removes journals, chats, analyses, backtests, strategies, alerts, broker connections, and the push token.

5.3 We keep a deletion record with a hash of your email, your Stripe customer id, and store transaction ids so we can meet tax duties and ignore later store notifications. That record does not include journal, chat, or analysis content. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel that in the store's subscription settings.

6. Your Rights

6.1 You can access and update your profile in the app or the website, and you can delete the account as described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
